Giles Everest is Chief Executive Officer of Wesbeam and an experienced operations and transformation leader with more than 25 years’ senior executive experience across manufacturing, construction, mining services, logistics and supply chain. He is recognised for leading multi-site national organisations through periods of growth and change, aligning strategy with operational execution to lift productivity, strengthen safety performance and build a high-performance culture, while delivering consistent commercial outcomes and stakeholder confidence.
Prior to Wesbeam, Giles held senior executive roles with Fleetwood Corporation, BIS Industries and K&S Corporation. Across these organisations, he led significant turnaround and improvement programs, major contract and commercial negotiations, and complex organisational change initiatives. His leadership style is grounded in accountability, collaboration and disciplined performance management, with a strong focus on building capable teams, fostering innovation and embedding operational excellence.
Giles holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
